The restaurant - the restaurant has two rooms, respectively of 100 and 50 places.

It is a very good meeting point for ceremonies and banquets and it offers to its guests both "Valdostane" and Italian recipes.
You can try our "Fonduta", "polenta" and chamois, game dishes, strawberry rice, "fricandeau", "sanset" and many other specialities.

One of the hotel's characteristics is the "Valdostano" afternoon snack, with sausage, local cheese and bacon fat; moreover it offers a tourist menu at a fix price.
